These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 666rs ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the 666rs website at https://666rs.im, its subdomains, mobile-optimised site, and all associated services including sports betting, casino games, live dealer tables, promotions, and customer support.

By creating a 666rs account, clicking "I Agree" during the registration process, making a deposit, or using any feature of the 666rs platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them unconditionally. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the 666rs platform.

These Terms should be read alongside the 666rs Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and 666rs.

To register an account on 666rs, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information. 666rs will use the details you provide for identity verification, payment processing, and communication purposes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.

666rs reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Registration approval is at the sole discretion of 666rs and does not constitute a guarantee of continued access to the platform.

666rs operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with its international gaming licence obligations. KYC verification is mandatory for all players and must be completed before the first withdrawal request is processed. 666rs also reserves the right to request KYC documents at any point during a player's account lifetime, including at the time of registration or upon reaching certain deposit or betting thresholds.

The standard documents required for KYC verification include:

All transactions on the 666rs platform are denominated in PKR unless the player has specifically selected a USDT wallet, in which case the USDT value applies.

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in the player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. If a deposit is identified as coming from a payment method not belonging to the account holder, the deposit will be reversed and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawal requests are subject to a verification check before processing. 666rs does not charge processing fees on standard withdrawals. However, third-party payment providers may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside 666rs's control. Any applicable third-party fees will be communicated to the player during the withdrawal process where possible.

All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms communicated alongside each individual promotion.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses carry a wagering requirement. This is the total amount you must bet using bonus funds (or, in some cases, bonus plus deposit funds) before the bonus balance or any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus will be stated clearly in the promotion details.
• Eligible Games: Not all games on 666rs contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino and table games may contribute a reduced percentage or may be excluded entirely. The contribution rates for each game type are specified per promotion.
• Time Limits: Every bonus on 666rs carries an expiry period. If the wagering requirement is not completed within the stated time, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited automatically. Time limits are non-extendable except at the sole discretion of 666rs.

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after acceptance except through the Cash Out feature where it is explicitly available on a given market.
• In the event of a match or event being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific rules for that sport as published in the 666rs sportsbook rules section.

• Odds are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the moment of bet confirmation are the odds that will apply to the settled outcome, regardless of any subsequent movements.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. Players who consistently bet at or near the maximum limit may have their maximum stake reduced at 666rs's discretion.

666rs is committed to providing a safe and responsible gambling environment. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment and should never be treated as a source of income or a way to resolve financial difficulties. The platform provides a comprehensive set of responsible gaming tools accessible directly from within every registered account.

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on the amount you can deposit. Once set, a reduction in your deposit limit takes effect immediately. An increase to your deposit limit will not take effect for 24 hours to allow a cooling-off period.

Any unauthorised use of 666rs intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may subject the offending party to legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 666rs, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the 666rs platform or any content, services, or features available thereon.

Without limiting the foregoing, 666rs expressly disclaims liability for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from a player's own betting or gaming decisions, including losses arising from unfavourable game or match outcomes.
• Temporary unavailability of the platform due to scheduled or emergency maintenance, server outages, or technical failures beyond 666rs's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from a player's failure to comply with these Terms, including losses resulting from account suspension or closure due to a breach.
• Unauthorised access to a player's account resulting from the player's own failure to safeguard their login credentials.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment providers, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or banking institutions.
• Any taxation liability that may arise in the player's jurisdiction as a result of gambling winnings. Players are solely responsible for declaring and paying any taxes applicable to their winnings under the laws of their country of residence.

In all cases where 666rs is found to be liable notwithstanding the above limitations, the maximum aggregate liability of 666rs to any player shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their 666rs account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

666rs reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute initiated by the player through their bank or payment provider.
• The player being identified as a self-excluded individual who has previously requested exclusion from online gambling platforms.
• At the request of a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.

Upon closure of an account for a breach of these Terms, 666rs reserves the right to void any outstanding bonus balances and, where fraud or prohibited conduct is confirmed, to withhold all or part of the account balance pending investigation. Where an account is closed for reasons not attributable to player misconduct (for example, at a player's own request), any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method following completion of standard verification checks.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their 666rs account may do so by contacting the 24/7 live support team. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 48 hours. Any active bonuses on a voluntarily closed account will be forfeited at the time of closure.

666rs reserves the right to update, revise, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to changes in applicable law or regulation, updates to platform features or services, or amendments required by our international gaming licence obligations.

The revised Terms will specify the effective date from which they apply.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which 666rs holds its international gaming licence. By agreeing to these Terms, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration bodies in that jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes.

In the event of a dispute between a player and 666rs regarding the outcome of a bet, game result, bonus settlement, or any other platform-related matter, the following process applies:

1. First Contact: The player must first contact 666rs customer support via the 24/7 live chat or by emailing [email protected] with full details of the dispute. Most disputes are resolved at this stage within 48 hours.
2. Formal Complaint: If the dispute is not resolved to the player's satisfaction through initial contact, the player may escalate by submitting a formal written complaint. 666rs will acknowledge formal complaints within 5 business days and issue a final response within 28 days.
3. External Resolution: If a player remains unsatisfied following 666rs's final response, the matter may be referred to the relevant dispute resolution body designated under 666rs's gaming licence for independent adjudication.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit a player's rights under mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in their jurisdiction to the extent that such laws cannot be excluded by contractual agreement.
